About Matthew Fuss

Perhaps more correctly, Matthew’s position should be described as “Partner in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury”. So, simply... if you hurt yourself, or if something or someone hurts you, Matthew’s your man! Matt works out of our Morphett Vale office in the wonderful southern suburbs of Adelaide.

And if a spruik directly from us on his credentials isn’t enough, Matt has been recognised as one of the top 10 South Australian plaintiff lawyers for both “Workplace Accidents” as well as “Public Liability” in 2015 as published by Doyles.

Matt has been a qualified sports trainer with the Southern Trainers Association, part of the Southern Football League, so he knows very well how injuries can affect every aspect of a person’s life. He also knows that in most personal injury claims a person really only has one attempt to bring a claim and for that reason, amongst others, Matthew is totally meticulous in covering all the details that will contribute to your claim being successful.

This is especially important because when a compensation claim is completed it is usually awarded on a “once and for all” basis. So, right first time is Matthew’s goal when acting for his clients.

Matthew completed a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice degree at Flinders University and his initial work with Andersons was within our Commercial Department with a particular focus on Wills, Estates and Property Law. These days Matthew’s expertise is predominantly with our Civil Litigation Department, so his experience now covers a broad expanse of Civil, Employment and Industrial Law as well as Wills and Estates.
