Bio
Stefanie is a Partner who joined the Family Law team at Andersons in 2020. She completed a double degree of Commerce and Law with honours at the University of Adelaide in 2011 before being admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2012 and then the High Court of Australia in 2013.
Stefanie commenced her career in a generalist law firm working in matters of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Criminal Law, Superannuation and Wills and Estates before developing a passion and focus on Family Law. Stefanie has experience in all areas of Family Law including child disputes, binding financial agreements, divorce, property settlements, child support and care and protection matters.
Having a young family herself, Stefanie understands the worries and concerns that many parents often face when dealing with child custody arrangements and making decisions in the best interests of their children. Stefanie provides an empathetic approach and helps clients through what can be considered one of the most difficult periods of their lives, by providing honest and informative advice in a way which is easy to understand. Stefanie cares about her clients and is committed to getting good results for them.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (Management);
- Bachelor of Laws (with second class honours);
- Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice;
- Admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia;
- Admitted to the High Court of Australia;
