Bio

Lynn Pham is a Special Counsel in Andersons’ commercial department, specialising in all things Wills and Estates. She joined the team in 2018 after having worked at another local law firm as a general practitioner. Lynn is fluent in Vietnamese.

Regularly working with a network of lawyers, financial planners and accountants, Lynn works to ensure that you can achieve peace of mind on protecting your wealth and its transition to the next generation in the most tax-effective way. Lynn always tells her clients that having a plan is one of the most loving things you can do.

Lynn is also a regular litigator in the Supreme Court of South Australia, having assisted trustees and claimants in many inheritance claims and other disputed estate matters. She understands the monetary and emotional costs of litigation and strives to achieve an expedient resolution for her clients.

Lynn holds a Master of Laws majoring in Wills and Estates, Bachelor of Law with Honours as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide, and she always welcomes a geeky chat about Trust Law.
