About Hannah
Hannah Thomas is a Senior Associate in Andersons’ Wills and Estates team.
Since her admission, Hannah has built extensive experience across South Australia, beginning her career at a regional law firm where she practised in a range of areas including criminal law and Wills and Estates. She then transitioned to exclusively practising in Wills and Estates from 2023.
Hannah assists clients with all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, including drafting Wills and advising on probate matters. She particularly enjoys helping clients understand their estate planning documents and guiding families through the administration of an estate following the loss of a loved one.
Known for her kind, patient and thorough approach, Hannah takes the time to ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of the legal process. She believes that one of the most important parts of her role is helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their future.
Hannah was drawn to a career in law through her interest in legal studies and a desire to help people. She was attracted to Andersons by the opportunity to work within a large and highly experienced Wills and Estates team that shares her passion for assisting clients.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys cooking and baking, reading, travelling, exploring Adelaide and keeping up with sport. She also plays netball in her spare time.
My approach
Estate planning and administering an estate can feel daunting, particularly during difficult times. My approach is to provide clear advice, answer questions in plain language and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.
