Bio
Garry is a Consultant at Andersons and brings more than 48 years of legal experience to the firm. Having joined the profession in 1977, he has been a trusted and enduring presence at Andersons for decades. Garry served as the firm’s Managing Partner from 2007, guiding the practice with steady leadership until stepping back from that role in 2022. His depth of experience and accumulated knowledge continue to be an invaluable resource for both clients and colleagues.
Throughout his extensive career, Garry has practised in almost every area of the law. Today, he focuses on Commercial and Business Law, Landlord and tenant law, Sports Law, and Estate Planning . His approach is deeply client‑centred; Garry is emphatic that truly effective legal advice begins with understanding the client’s perspective.
Beyond the office, Garry generously shares his time and expertise with the football community. He is a member of the SANFL Tribunal and serves as a solicitor for both SANFL and SAAFL. He is also the Chairman of the SANFL Permit Tribunal and has contributed as a member of the SANFL Boundaries Commission.
