Suzanne loves an active life. You might say that with a husband and four active boys, that’s inevitable. But Suzanne adds to that a thirst for running, walking, swimming, pilates and reading. Phew! All of this helps her to strongly empathise with her clients. Their lives have always been disrupted in some way due to a personal injury.
Suzanne’s specialty is personal injury claims. It is a field she has concentrated on since 1994, after graduating from Monash University in 1993. In 1995, she relocated from Melbourne to join Andersons.
Her work covers an almost endless range of events from brain, spinal and other catastrophic injuries, to medical negligence claims, public liability claims and motor vehicle accident claims. Apparently simple mishaps such as tripping or dog bites on the street can result in disabling and long term injuries with major trauma, inconvenience and expense. Suzanne’s experience in personal injury claims and her personal love of an active life provides her with a deep and sincere appreciation of the need for just and comprehensive compensation for her clients.
Resetting a person’s life totally, is not always possible. Suzanne’s drive is always to maximise her clients’ legal entitlements to compensation so they can regain some financial independence and quality of life and this is never more important than with those cases with long term damage to a person’s ability to live life to the full.
No matter whether the issue at hand is large, complex and time consuming or more routine, Suzanne will provide her clients with the highest level of service and expertise.
