Lynn Pham is an Associate in Andersons’ commercial department. Lynn moved from Vietnam to Australia when she was 14 years old and speaks fluent Vietnamese.
Lynn spent the majority of her childhood with her grandfather, who was a Judge in Vietnam. She was inspired by his relentless pursuit of justice and compassion to those around him. Lynn wanted to follow her grandfather’s footsteps and pursue a career in the law.
Lynn’s first legal experience started not in an office, but at home, when she helped her non-English-speaking Mum translate and fill in copious forms when her family first moved to Australia.
Moving to a different country was not easy, and this has taught Lynn valuable lessons in being understanding and sympathetic, as well as being able to communicate clearly and precisely in plain and simple English.
Whilst studying, Lynn gained various experience through internships in the General Solicitor’s Office as well as a number of South Australian law firms.
Lynn graduated in 2014 with a double degree in Commerce and Law from the University of Adelaide. Lynn worked at another local law firm as a general practitioner before joining the Andersons commercial, wills and estates team.
Outside the office, Lynn devotes her time to teaching children in her local church. She is passionate about building and carrying a culture of generations. Lynn also loves going out for a nice brunch with her husband Caleb and her dog Ella.
