Brenna is an Associate at Andersons, working in the Commercial Litigation and Employment teams.
Having graduated in 2018 with Bachelor Degrees in Law (honours) and Music, and a Diploma of Languages (French) from the University of Adelaide, Brenna has since honed her skills in the fields of employment law, commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
From her experience working across a diverse range of practice areas in her career, Brenna has discovered her passion in litigation and employment law. She is experienced in providing advice, guiding clients through alternative dispute resolution processes, and acting for clients through all stages of the Court process.
She has experience in acting for clients across a wide range of commercial matters, including contractual disputes, disputes involving government authorities, costs disputes, debt recovery and enforcement, personal and corporate insolvency, property disputes, consumer law, and defamation disputes.
In the field of employment law, she has represented clients in relation to unfair dismissal claims, general protections claims, and underpayment of wages and entitlements. She has also provided advice on a wide variety of employment-related matters, including workplace rights, interpretation of modern awards, employment contracts (including post-employment restraints), workplace policies and issues relating to termination of employment.
Brenna strives to represent her clients with professionalism, compassion and transparency. She understands that the legal system can be complex and challenging, and strives to bring a human element to the practice of the law while remaining committed to ensuring clients receive exceptional, cost-effective service and individually tailored outcomes.
Outside of the law, Brenna enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog.
