Barossa firm Richard Miller Conveyancing has recently been acquired by Andersons Solicitors.
While founder Richard Miller is retiring from Richard Miller Conveyancing, it will be business as usual as the firm continues to operate under the existing name, which has been trusted in the Barossa for over 35 years.
“I’m delighted to be leaving my firm in the good hands of Andersons Solicitors. The firm is not only highly experienced in conveyancing but as a full-service law firm, Andersons will bring a range of legal services to the Barossa community.” Richard Miller said.
The acquisition brings together two firms with similar values, and furthers Andersons’ desire to provide legal services to regional areas of South Australia.
Andersons’ Partner Felix Hoelscher said “This is a demonstration of our commitment to regional areas of South Australia, and increasing our support for the community by employing locals and offering accessibility to representation and advice in all areas of law.”
The Andersons and Richard Miller Conveyancing teams will be working closely to ensure minimal disruption to existing clients, in addition to ensuring that they maintain the same values and level of personalised service that Richard is so well known for.
“I wanted to ensure our clients were left in safe and trusted hands, and we’re pleased to have found that in Andersons Solicitors,”
“Our clients will have access to a well-resourced, highly credible team of conveyancers and lawyers working to deliver practical, efficient and cost-effective legal services all from our existing Tanunda location.” Richard said.
The acquisition officially commenced on 28 February 2022. The firm will retain the name Richard Miller Conveyancing as well as all existing contact information.
