Three new partners at Andersons Solicitors

Andersons Solicitors is delighted to announce the promotion of three new Partners.

Suzanne Pinyon

Suzanne has been promoted from Senior Associate to Partner. Having first commenced employment at Andersons in 1995, Suzanne has been an integral part of our firm for over twenty years. Suzanne heads up the Medical Negligence practice at Andersons Solicitors and will now also be second in charge of the Civil Litigation Department. Suzanne is a highly respected lawyer in her field and is admired by her colleagues for her professional, yet warm persona. She is also noted for being able to successfully juggle her busy professional career in conjunction with family life, which has assisted in cementing her status as a role model to our firm’s employees.

Matthew Fuss

Matthew has been promoted from Senior Associate to Partner. Matthew began employment with our firm in 2006 having completed his GDLP placement at Andersons Solicitors. He has worked diligently through the ranks since that time and his dedication to his practice and to his clients is exceptional. Matthew is a much admired colleague and has been praised for his genuine and inclusive personal nature. Matthew is experienced in a wide range of areas including motor vehicle accident claims, workers compensation, civil litigation, wills and estates. He has been instrumental in building Andersons Solicitors Morphett Vale office which has enjoyed steady growth now for several years. Consequently, Matthew will now act as the head of our Morphett Vale office.

Eva Bailey

Eva has been promoted from Senior Associate to Partner. Eva commenced employment at Andersons Solicitors in 2013 and has practiced in Family Law for approximately 15 years. She has acted as second in charge of the Family Law Department since her commencement with the firm. During this time Eva has shown exceptional leadership qualities as well as strong practice development traits which have led to consistent growth and development of the Family Law team year on year. Importantly, Eva has also earned firm-wide respect from her colleagues with her diligent work ethic and ability to meaningfully support her co-workers when required.
