Wills & Estates Lawyer - Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Wills & Estates Lawyer (3+ years PAE) to join our growing Adelaide team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established, mid-sized firm known for its collaborative culture and strong client relationships.

You will work across a broad range of wills and estates matters, including estate planning, administration of estates, probate applications, and estate disputes. The role offers genuine opportunities for career progression and increased responsibility as you develop within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on estate planning, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Testamentary Trusts
Managing estate administration and probate matters
Assisting with estate disputes and related litigation where required
Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality legal services
Collaborating with colleagues across multiple office locations
Contributing positively to a team-oriented and supportive workplace culture

About You
You will ideally have:

Minimum 3 years PAE in Wills and Estates law
Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and estate administration
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
Willingness and flexibility to work across multiple office locations
A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent client service
A genuine team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and supportive environment
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in wills and estates
