Bio
Alison brings more than 20 years of legal experience to her role, having been admitted to practice in 2005. She has a strong background as both a general practitioner and specialist in Wills and Estates and litigation, including inheritance claims, complex probate applications, and challenges to Wills under the Succession Act 2023 (SA).
Alison has extensive experience representing clients before the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT), particularly in matters involving Guardianship and Administration Orders for vulnerable persons and the elderly.
Prior to joining Andersons Solicitors, Alison held several senior leadership positions, including Partner at a top-tier estates firm in Adelaide. She is widely recognised for her client-focused, practical approach and her ability to navigate highly sensitive legal matters with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
A skilled negotiator, Alison is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients and is equally adept at litigating when required, bringing strong advocacy skills to court proceedings. In addition, Alison accepts briefs from other solicitors to act as a Court-appointed Litigation Guardian and Administrator of estates in the Supreme Court.
