Peter has in excess of 30 years experience in legal practise including 26 years as a principal in the Adelaide legal firm of Stanley & Partners.
Peter practises in the following areas:-
- Employment and Industrial Law
- All Personal Injury Claims
- Workers Compensation
- Insurance Law
- Professional Negligence
- Administrative Law
- Civil Litigation.
Peter’s experience has provided insight into the stress that plaintiffs and workers can experience when pursuing claims and undertaking litigation. His priority is always to provide sensible, practicable and cost effective advice with a focus on dispute resolution at the earliest opportunity.
Peter is a member of the Law Society and has previously been a member of the Law Society Accident Compensation Committee, Honorary Solicitor of SA Swimming and Chairman of the Veterinary Surgeons Board.
Away from legal practice, Peter is a keen follower of sport, plays golf and tennis and has an interest in wine and food.
Peter has represented many thousands of clients in seeking a fair and just outcome. In the course of his practice at the Port Adelaide Office of Andersons Solicitors, Peters has represented many members of the Vietnamese community.
