Garry is the Managing Partner and is in the Commercial/Commercial Litigation Section of Andersons.
He was admitted in 1977 and has practised in most areas of the law including criminal, personal injury and has from 1987 specialised in commercial law/commercial litigation, contested Wills and estates, sports law.
Garry’s work involves preparation of Contracts in relation to the sale and purchase of land and/or businesses, drafting of Leases, Mortgages, Trusts, Companies and all work associated with those areas of practice, together with any litigation that results from any disputes in those areas.
Garry is a board and panel member of the Law Society of South Australia's Legal Assistance Fund, member of the South Australian National Football League Disciplinary Tribunal and a member of the South Australian Amateur Football League Tribunal.
In 1994 Garry was involved in his capacity as legal adviser to the South Australian Rugby League with the formation of the Adelaide Rams who participated in the National Rugby League in 1996, 1997 and 1998. He was also their deputy chairman and was for a time Chairman of the South Australian Rugby League Appeals Board.
Garry is married and has two children.
