Peter is based in our Port Adelaide office. He has in excess of 30 years experience in legal practice including 26 years as a principal in the Adelaide legal firm of Stanley & Partners.
Peter’s experience has provided insight into the stress that plaintiffs and workers can experience when pursuing personal injury claims and undertaking litigation. His priority is always to provide sensible, practicable and cost effective advice with a focus on dispute resolution at the earliest opportunity.
Peter has represented many clients, from a diverse range of industries and ethnic groups, in seeking a fair and just outcome.
Peter has been a member of the Law Society Accident Compensation Committee, Honorary Solicitor of SA Swimming and Chairman of the Veterinary Surgeons Board. He is a current committee member of Australian Lawyers Alliance.
Away from legal practice, Peter is a keen follower of sport. He plays golf and tennis and has an interest in wine and food.
