David has over 20 years of experience handling claims for personal injuries clients including some very complex matters from major medical negligence claims (brain injury and spinal injury) through to more straightforward workers compensation or motor vehicle accident matters. He manages a team of experienced civil litigation lawyers across all our offices.
David is highly respected in his areas of practice and is considered one of the leading civil litigation practitioners in South Australia. He is very passionate about the practice of law and particularly that law which provides representation for members of the community who may not have otherwise had suitable assistance.
David and his team provide a 24 hour legal helpline for some of South Australia's largest and most active Unions, providing representation for their organisations and their members with particular emphasis on rights and entitlements in the workplace including industrial and employment law, WorkCover, asbestosis and dust related diseases.
