You may have been, or are currently separated, under the same roof as your spouse in which case you will be required to fulfil additional criteria over and above the usual requirements.

In some cases, you may eligible for a waiver of Court fees when filing your Application which can be determined by one of our experienced Family Law solicitors at your first interview.
