Community Support

At Andersons, we're passionate about the work we do on a day-to-day basis in the law. Our team of solicitors and support staff are committed to the service and support they provide to our clients but that's exactly what's expected of a successful law firm.

To further enhance our commitment to our staff and to our community, we pride ourselves on the non-legal support we provide to a number of not-for-profit organisations and sporting clubs as seen by our associations listed below.

As well as these long standing relationships, each Friday our staff have the choice to wear casual clothes to work in exchange for a donation to the 'Charity of the Month'. This has been in place for a number of years and thousands of dollars have been raised to support a variety of charities recommended by various staff.

Paraquad SA

Paraquad SA

PARAQUAD SA is a non-for-profit, vibrant community organisation working with and for people affected by spinal cord injuries in South Australia. This includes those with the injury and their family and friends.

Andersons provides significant support, both in sponsorship and legal representation for the association and it's members. Anderson's Partner, David Fabbro has been a Board member since 1994 and is currently President.

Paul Anderson developed the relationship with Paraquad SA initially and was a life long supporter, both personally and professionally.

The Roads 2 SurvivalTM Program

This is a campaign being coordinated by Paraquad SA in conjunction with a number of supporters, including Andersons. The campaign aims to help families discuss and manage issues involving young drivers and road crashes. The Parent-Young Person Safe Driving Agreement allows families the choice to set out, in writing, their commitments to Drive Safely.

Neil Sachse Foundation

Neil Sachse Foundation

Neil Sachse was a young man when he was injured playing Australian rules football with Footscray (now the Western Bulldogs). He established the Neil Sachse Foundation as a first step to curing spinal cord injury.

Thanks to vital community support, the Foundation has established the Neil Sachse Foundation Spinal Cord Injury Research Centre, to provide a dedicated laboratory for researchers and students.

Andersons has had a long standing relationship with the Foundation, supporting its many fundraising appeals, either financially, or time and in attendance.

We assist victims and families of acquired brain injury, especially as a result of motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents and accidents in public places. We also provide representation for people who have experienced acquired brain injury and as a result of their incapacity, have encountered difficulties with the law, including criminal charges.
